Every Fairy Bottle in Echoes of Wisdom
If you find yourself running low on hearts in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, you can heal with smoothies. However, in some cases, Zelda might take a hit that knocks out a handful of hearts, thus resulting in a game over. To prevent this, you should stock up on fairies. Fairies are a recurring item in the Legend of Zelda, so it’s only natural they’d appear in Echoes of Wisdom. Catching fairies requires the use of a key item called a Fairy Bottle. There are a total of four Fairy Bottles scattered around Hyrule.

How to Use Fairy Bottles
Using Fairy Bottles is easy: As long as you have an empty one in your inventory, simply approach a fairy, tap A-button, and it’ll be added to your key items. She’ll restore your health if it reaches 0. Fairies aren’t very common in Echoes of Wisdom, but you can find one in a lake east of Suthorn Village. There are also two fairies at the Great Fairy Fountain on Lake Hylia. Some dungeons (ex: Gerudo Sanctum) have a fairy hiding away in a jar.
Here’s where you can find all four fairy bottles:
Fairy Bottle #1
Head east from Suthorn Village and you’ll stumble upon a cave near a rift. Inside, you’ll find Zols and an Ignizol. Go through the back to find a chest with the Fairy Bottle. It’s highly likely you will have obtained this Fairy Bottle at the beginning of your playthrough. It’s also a great way to get the Ignizol early, which you’ll need for a later side quest.
Fairy Bottle #2
Another Fairy Bottle waits for you in Kakariko Village. To get this one, you’ll need to complete the “Cuccos on the Loose” side quest. Speak to the lady outside the cucco pen, and look for five cuccos around Kakariko Village. Once you’ve placed all five in the pen, she’ll give you a Fairy Bottle.
Fairy Bottle #3
You can also get a Fairy Bottle via the Stamp Rally. The first stamp stand you find will unlock Stamp Cards, given to you by the Stamp Guy. For every five, you’ll receive a reward and a new card. Once you’ve collected 15 Stamps, the Stamp Guy will give you a Fairy Bottle. Stamp stands can usually be found in or near villages, but there are some located on hilltops or mountains. Thus, it’s better to get this Fairy Bottle after you’ve learned Echoes such as the Flying Tile or Platboom.
Fairy Bottle #4
After completing the “Still Missing” main quest, fast-travel to Seesyde Village. You’ll find a man standing on the yellow roof of a boat with a red quest marker (“Is my boat still zappy?”). If you accept the side quest, you’ll need to swim out to Zora Cove and board the wrecked ship. This is located just south of the Zora Cove cave where you can find Hydrozols. If you’re not sure where to go, refer to the map in the above image.
“The Zappy Shipwreck” quest requires you to break open the hatch leading into the boat. You’ll need to use the grabbing ability (X-button) to break open the hatch to get in. The ship is a dungeon itself, and when you reach the bottom floor, you’ll have to fight Barinade. This boss can be difficult thanks to its electric powers. However, if you have elemental enemies such as the Wizzrobes or Fire Keese, then you should use them to get rid of the jellyfish barrier. Once its guard is down, use Swordfighter Mode and get in as many attacks as you can before it recovers. As a reward for defeating Barinade, you’ll receive a Piece of Heart.
When you’ve defeated the boss, return to Seesyde Village. Report your findings and success to the man on the boat, and he’ll give you the final Fairy Bottle.
