How To Level Up Quickly In Space Marine 2
The massive galaxy of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has lots and lots of challenging enemies waiting to kill Titus and his team at every step. To stand a chance, you’ll need all the help you can get, which is why leveling up is so important.
Leveling up can make Titus and his gear a lot stronger in Space Marine 2. Keeping that in mind, this guide will show you the best ways to level up fast in Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2.
How To Level Up Quickly In Space Marine 2
There are a number of specific activities and strategies you can use to level up quickly in Space Marine 2:
- Take part in and complete Operations
- Play with a balanced team
- Play at higher difficulty levels
Complete Operations In Space Marine 2
One quick way to earn XP is by completing Operations in Space Marine 2. The game has six operations, but Operation Two: Decapitation is the best option for racking up XP. The best part is that gamers can unlock it in their early hours in the game. They need to complete the base campaign first, which should only take a few hours. To save time, skip any unnecessary enemies you don’t need to fight.
Here’s the maximum amount of XP you can earn with Operation Two:
Threat Level |
XP |
---|---|
Minimal |
630 |
Average |
945 |
Substantial |
1,260 |
Ruthless |
1,890 |
If you are starting out, you can keep the difficulty level low. But if you’re a pro, you should consider setting the difficulty to Ruthless to earn more experience points (more on that below).
Play With A Balanced Team
Picking the best class for your squad can make all the difference. In Space Marine 2, you have six classes to choose from, and each of them comes with their own distinct skills and loadout options. Here’s the full list of all the classes in Warhammer 40000: Space Marine 2:
- Tactical
- Assault
- Vanguard
- Bulwark
- Sniper
- Heavy
For example, if players want to target their enemies from a distance, they can go with the Tactical or Sniper classes. On the other hand, if you like getting up close and personal with enemies, the Assault or Bulwark classes can be great picks. With the right team in place, completing your Operations will be a lot easier.
Play on Higher Difficulty Levels
To get the most XP, gamers need to play at higher difficulty levels. Start with the easiest setting to quickly complete missions and earn some XP. Once you are comfortable with the game, try moving up to Average difficulty. If you’re feeling up for it, you can go for Substantial or Ruthless levels to gain even more XP.
