Sony has confirmed that PlayStation titles Ghost of Yotei, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, and Astro Bot will be part of the Tokyo Game Show 2025. While Astro Bot is a PS5-exclusive award-winning game from last year, Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls are two of the most awaited PlayStation console exclusives.

Another edition of the long-running Japanese video game exhibition, the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is scheduled to take place from September 25-28 in Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan. In the build-up to the event, multiple game companies have confirmed their presence at the venue this year, with Sony being among the latest to do so. After showcasing a bunch of PlayStation games at TGS 2024 last year, the gaming giant is now getting ready to let people experience a new set of titles at TGS 2025 next month.

Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls to Make Appearances at the Tokyo Game Show 2025

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that upcoming titles Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, alongside Astro Bot, will make up its preliminary lineup of games at Tokyo Game Show 2025, according to the Japanese version of PlayStation.Blog (via Gematsu). It’s important to note that the Ghost of Tsushima sequel and the Marvel-inspired fighting game will be part of the PlayStation booth, which is only accessible to industry professionals, on September 25 and September 26. On the other hand, Astro Bot will be there as part of the Family Game Park, which is open to the public, on September 27 and September 28. More games for the event will be revealed by Sony, alongside their schedule and more relevant information, in the future.

Thanks to this announcement, PlayStation fans may expect more glimpses and player impressions of Ghost of Yotei and Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls to be shared during TGS 2025. Given that the former game’s launch is also set to follow on the heels of its appearance at the exhibition, fans won’t have to wait too long before they can try it for themselves on October 2. Moreover, for those who don’t get access to Marvel Tokon‘s closed beta scheduled for early September, its TGS appearance may reveal interesting insights into the Sony-published title.

While certainly a big presence, Sony isn’t the only major industry leader coming to TGS 2025, with Capcom also recently confirming its attendance. The renowned developer has already shared its plan to exhibit much-anticipated titles, including Resident Evil Requiem, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Pragmata, and more, at the event.
