Remnant 2: How to Get Prism of Jealousy
A hidden item was added to Wallace’s Craft menu alongside the release of Remnant 2‘s The Dark Horizon DLC. Hovering over this item produces a tooltip that reads “???,” providing very little insight into what the item is and how it is obtained. This lack of clarity is sure to leave players with questions about Wallace’s hidden item in Remnant 2, and this guide contains the answers that those players seek.
While Wallace’s hidden item was added alongside the release of The Dark Horizon, players can obtain it without making any progress in the DLC.
Remnant 2: What is Wallace’s Hidden Item?
The hidden item in Wallace’s craft menu is the Prism of Jealousy, and players who want to have access to an additional Prism Stone in Remnant 2 should definitely pursue it. Indeed, this is one of the easiest Prism Stones to procure, provided that the player has access to the Labyrinth and Root Earth.
Remnant 2: How to Get Prism of Jealousy
Players who want to obtain the Prism of Jealousy must focus on digging up three Prismatic Stones. To perform that digging, players must equip the Shovel and use its charged attack. For full clarity, the Shovel is a Melee Weapon that was added alongside the release of Remnant 2‘s The Forgotten Kingdom DLC, and it can be purchased from Barabus at Ward 13’s shooting range after beating the base campaign at least once.
Players will not find Prismatic Stones by digging in random locations, though, and they must target three specific spots. Here are details on how to reach those spots, and Remnant 2 players should perform a charged attack with the Shovel at each of them:
Players do not need to reroll
Remnant 2
‘s campaign in order for the Prismatic Stones to appear at these locations.
Yellow Prismatic Stone (Ward 13)
The first Prismatic Stone is obtained by digging in the back-left corner of the shooting range in Ward 13.
Blue Prismatic Stone (The Labyrinth)
Players who are searching for the second Prismatic Stone should make their way to the Colosseum of Ruin checkpoint in the Labyrinth. After navigating to that checkpoint, fans of third-person shooters should follow these steps:
- Turn around, and pass through the portal that is forward and to the right. Players will land near a small checkpoint.
- Follow the path forward to reach a second portal.
- Wait for a room with converging white lines to appear in the portal, and pass through it. Players will land on a platform if they pass through the right side of the portal.
- Walk forward, dispatch the enemies, and climb the stone stairs on the right.
- Go right at the top of the stairs, and dig in a pile of rubble near the corner.
Red Prismatic Stone (Root Earth)
Players should now make their way to the Ashen Wasteland checkpoint at the beginning of Root Earth. Fans should progress through this map until they reach its second small checkpoint. As players enter the area with the second small checkpoint, they should look to their right to find three large silos. Fans should then dig in front of the left-hand silo to receive the red Prismatic Stone.
After collecting all three Prismatic Stones, players should visit Wallace in Ward 13 and look in his Craft menu. Indeed, the hidden item is now revealed to be the Prism of Jealousy, and fans can craft it by combining the three Prismatic Stones and a Simulacrum.
