Updated April 26, 2024: Another week has come for Destiny 2, which means missions, challenges, and rewards have been reset. As Destiny 2‘s Into The Light event enters into its third week, players are finally getting their hands on two of the remaining four weapons left in Shaxx’s BRAVE Arsenal. This week sees new quests for the returning Black Armory Hammerhead machine gun and Forebearance, another special grenade launcher originally from the Vow of the Disciple raid.
With fans still enjoying the Into the Light content, including the Onslaught wave defense mode, eyes have started turning towards the horizon and to The Final Shape. Bungie continues to tease new details for the rapidly approaching expansion, releasing a new trailer narrated by Nathan Fillion and his return as Cayde-6, while also recently confirming the launch date for the next Destiny 2 raid. While raids are typically held off after the content launches to let players explore and get more powerful, Bungie is changing this for The Final Shape as the raid and its conclusion will impact all players. The ultimate fate of the Traveler hinges on the Raid, so players won’t have to wait as long to experience the conclusion.
Destiny 2 Player Pulls Off Incredible Achievement in New Onslaught Activity
One Destiny 2 player manages to clear the Legend version of the Onslaught horde-style mode completely solo, leaving the community in shock.
In the meantime, the Destiny 2 weekly reset has once again arrived, which continues to bring updated weekly challenges, content, and rewards to hunt.
