A Genshin Impact leak has revealed more details about the upcoming story tied to the new Natlan region. Developer HoYoverse has already released multiple teaser videos confirming that Travelers will soon be able to step foot into Genshin Impact‘s Pyro nation, better known as Natlan.

Since its release, each major update has introduced a new main region along with its Archon. Genshin Impact’s Archons are powerful characters who usually serve as the main protectors of their nation, and the story is shaped around them. Almost every major story arc has also introduced a new Harbinger who typically plays the main villain role.

A credible Genshin Impact leaker, Seele, has revealed more interesting information about the main story in one of the upcoming updates. According to the leak, Genshin Impact Version 5.1 will revolve around the Abyss Order, one of the main antagonist factions in the game. Many replies in the comment section claim that it will be refreshing to see the Traveler fighting against the Abyss for a change, as the Fatui organization has been the main enemy faction for a while now. Some comments have pointed out that the Abyss Order being the main enemy has been hinted at in one of the recent trailers, but it’s good to see that a credible leaker like Seele has provided more confirmation.


Genshin Impact: Potential Character Appearances in Natlan


Many comments express hope that Genshin Impact could bring back a fan-favorite characters, Dainsleif, who is closely tied to the Abyss. Dainsleif is the former captain of the Royal Guard of Kaenri’ah, who failed to prevent the destruction of this region 500 years before Genshin Impact‘s timeline. He has been featured in one of the game’s earliest teaser videos, which confirms that Dainsleif will become a playable character in Genshin Impact.

The trailers also featured one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, the mysterious Capitano. This character has been described as one of the most powerful individuals within the Fatui faction, and the trailers have confirmed that he will be a new sword user. Capitano probably won’t be the only Harbinger to arrive in Natlan, as previous Genshin Impact leaks revealed that Columbina will also be featured in Natlan’s story.

Multiple rumors claim that Columbina will make her first in-game appearance in updates 5.1 or 5.2. Both of the Harbingers will likely have to face off with Natlan’s Pyro Archon Mavuika, who has been the main focus of Genshin Impact‘s recent promotional videos.
