Jeff’s Pizzeria is quite run down at the start of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit, as Jeff has been slacking on maintenance and repairs. As a result, none of the Arcade Machines are functional at the start of the game. If Oswald wants to get his hands on some tickets, or redeem those tickets once he has them, he’ll either have to use the Arcade in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria (risking discovery by the animatronics and requiring him to find some tokens lying around) or take matters into his own hands and repair the machines.
To fix all the broken Arcade Machines in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit, you’ll need to thoroughly explore several different locations to pick up the necessary parts. Many parts are only available from a certain night onward, so you’ll occasionally need to return to a location you’ve already visited to collect a new part.

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit – All Endings
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit offers four different endings to Oswald’s story, so here’s how to find all of them.
Prize Machine
The Prize Machine is easy to fix. Just head into the Second Classroom after school on Day 2, then pick up the Voucher Validator lying on the ground there. Install it in the Prize Machine, and you’ll be able to claim rewards in exchange for Prize Vouchers.
Ticket Counter
The Ticket Counter can’t be fixed until Night 3. During Night 3, head to the Pirate Cove curtain on the far left of the Dining Area. The Ticket Counter will be lying on the ground nearby. With this, you’ll be able to redeem your tickets (in batches of 20) to receive prize vouchers.
Solve the Puzzle
This is another easy one. Head over to the Mill at any point and grab the Puzzle Matrix off the ground there. Install it into the last interactable cabinet on the right side of the Arcade to fix it. This minigame is a fairly straightforward sliding puzzle of Freddy, which rewards tickets when completed. It keeps track of your best time fixing the puzzle, in case you want to set a high score.
Fast Food Invader
This one is probably the easiest of all the Arcade Machines to fix. Grab the Space-Age Speakers lying next to the broken Ticket Counter on the right side of the arcade at any time from night 1 onward and install them in the cabinet. This is a simple shooter game where you have to eliminate an assortment of incoming foes while dodging their shots. As the minigame progresses, tougher enemies like pizza slices (2 hits to kill) and burgers (3 hits to kill) will start to spawn, making it progressively tougher.
Shoot the Space Balloons
To repair the “Shoot the Space Balloons” arcade cabinet, you’ll need to fetch the Electron Gun from the Storage Room next to the Arcade at any point from night 1 onward. Install it in the cabinet to unlock a minigame reminiscent of Asteroids, where Balloon Boy must fend off Balloons modeled on the main animatronics while flying around in space. As the minigame progresses, larger balloons will spawn that split into clusters of smaller balloons when destroyed.
Deliver the Pizza
To fix this cabinet you’ll need a replacement power supply. Luckily, you can grab one from the trash can in the Party Room, in the present pizzeria. Install it to unlock a minigame that is best described as “Frogger with a pizza delivery theme.”
Collect the Hats
On Night 1, head over to the Party Hallway and grab the Control Panel lying on the table. You can use it to unlock “Collect the Hats”, a simple platforming minigame where Balloon Boy must collect hats while avoiding incoming cannonballs.
After collecting the first five hats, you can walk left off the screen from the platform under the left cannon to find a series of secret bonus screens. On the last hidden screen, you’ll find the Purple Guy preparing to throw a sixth hat into a bottomless pit. Run over there and jump, being careful to only jump just far enough to the left to grab the falling hat before switching direction to land safely back on the ledge you jumped from. Backtrack to the main screen and use the door that appeared after you collected the first five hats to complete the minigame.
Pizza Roller
To repair “Pizza Roller,” head to the Ball Pit Room and pick up the wooden balls lying on the floor (Approach them from above to make the prompt appear, if it doesn’t show up initially). Once you’ve acquired the Wooden Balls, you can fix up the “Pizza Roller” and play it as much as you want. It’s a pretty straightforward minigame where your only goal is to get the highest score you can, and it is, in my opinion, the fastest way to earn tickets.
Rescue the Children
To fix the “Rescue the Children” arcade cabinet, you’ll need to replace its missing Token Slot. Luckily, you can grab the missing Token Slot from the Basement in the future pizzeria. This mildly morbid minigame has you sprinting through a maze to rescue five children from the Yellow Rabbit. The biggest threat here is that the Yellow Rabbit can grab the kids following you if he can stay in contact with them for long enough. A progress bar will appear over him when he’s trying to grab someone, so make some sharp turns and try to lose him, or run to the nearest exit if you’ve already rescued all the children.
Heftin’ With Helpules
Fixing “Heftin’ With Helpules” will require Oswald to pick up the Weight Resistance Mechanism from his basement. It doesn’t appear on Night 1, so you’ll need to grab it on your way out of the house during Night 2 instead. After grabbing the part from Oswald’s Basement, you can repair this goofy little weight-training arcade machine. No strategy to be found here, just button-mash and see how many reps you can get before time runs out.

The Firecrackers are essential to clearing Night 4 of Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into the Pit, so here’s where Oswald can get them.
The Reward
Fixing all the Arcade Machines will trigger a short scene with Jeff where he thanks Oswald for going out of his way to fix up the pizzeria and muses that he should really put more effort into improving it. He then rewards Oswald with a comically small discount voucher and heads back to the entrance. Triggering this scene, and getting the voucher, is a crucial step in getting the 3-Star ending. Earning all of the sticker prizes from the Prize Machine is also required to get the 3-Star ending.
