13 Prime Day Toy Deals on Stuff Our Kids Love (2025)

Amazon Prime Day is a solid way to stock up on anything your little heart may desire. Sure, there are great deals to be had on everything from Apple gear to laptops to power banks, but the smaller and more frivolous items are on sale, too—like beauty deals and, as you’ll see below, toys.

Of course these can make good gifts for any youngsters in your life. Or you can pick up a few things while they’re on sale ahead of Angel Tree season. But if you, too, are in tune with your inner child, maybe it’s time to treat yourself to one of these WIRED-approved frivolities. Check out our list of the Best Amazon Prime Day Deals Under $100 for additional picks.

Squishmallows 20-Inch Diane Peach Bigfoot Plush

Oh my God? Do you see this thing? It’s a bigfoot. With rainbow tie-dye hair. It’s literally so adorable and comfy-looking. I haven’t owned it (although I might after writing this story), but I have been the proud owner of a similarly constructed Squishmallow, and the top portion of hair on these designs is both fluffy and soft. Your very own Sasquatch, complete with wee footprints, and at more than half off the normal price. The 20-inch Squishmallows are jumbo and work well as a pillow or backrest, though they might be too large to rest on your bed unless you’re willing to fork over a solid chunk of real estate. I haven’t met a single Squishmallow I disliked or that was poorly made—it largely comes down to your personal preference.

Magna Tiles constructed to look like castle

Why buy your kid a Dream House, a castle, and a car when you can give them a kit to assemble their own, plus many more things? Magna-Tiles are colorful and versatile but at a regular price of $50 for 32 translucent geometric shapes, they’re not cheap. This Prime Day deal brings them down to $35, or just over a buck each. You can grab two and set a child’s imagination loose.

Lego set shaped like a centerpiece of dried flowers and botanical pieces

This Lego set is full of gorgeous fall tones and looks great on a mantel or table once you’re done building. It’s a split design, so you can build it in tandem with someone else if you so desire (though I personally could never). This product is now retired, which means you can only get it from third-party merchants rather than from Lego directly. It features gerbera daisies, roses, and pieces that are made of plant-based sugarcane plastic. It also makes a great white elephant gift.

More Toy Deals

  • Squishmallows 20-inch Caedyn Cream Cow with Pink Spots for $24 ($10 off): I’m happy to announce that I just bought this pink-spotted cow, and will happily relinquish the bed space to house her.
  • Squishmallows 5-inch Austin the Avocado Plush for $5 ($5 off): This itty-bitty plush costs just $1 per inch. At this point he may be cheaper than an actual avocado.
  • Squishmallows 12-inch Maui the Pineapple Plush for $9 ($8 off): This medium-size plush has a dopey little smile and a green leaf crown, and many very happy customer reviews.
  • Play-Doh 22 Pack Ultimate Color Variety: This is a massive trove of Play-Doh for a kid, who can spend a month or more blending and building until inevitably leaving the top off and turning it to dust.
  • Lego Halloween Barn for $10 ($5 off): Set the tone for spooky season with this kiddo-friendly build featuring a skeleton minifigure.
  • Clixo Super Rainbow for $72 ($18 off): This very versatile toy allows kits to build colorful creations on the fly and is small enough to travel with. This is a 60-piece pack with plenty of materials to build big.
  • Blind Box Prime Day Deals: I’m learning more about these every day, but I know everyone has their particular interests. I couldn’t tell you the first thing about which are worth buying (yet!), but if you have a kid that’s into blind boxes, it’s worth checking to see if their coveted pick is on sale.
  • Melissa & Doug Wooden Scoop and Serve Ice Cream Counter for $36 ($35 off—Lightning Deal): Don’t tell my two-year-old niece this, but I’m getting her this for Christmas. I bought a dollhouse from this brand for her mother approximately 18 years ago, and my family just got rid of it in 2023.
  • Crayola Color Wonder Magic Light Brush Station for $16 ($16 off): I can’t believe Crayola’s Color Wonder line is still a thing. Except I totally can, because it’s the coolest. Kids get to color with water; Parents get to admire doodles without fretting about clothes or furniture. This station is the right size for traveling with, too.
  • Blue Marble National Geographic Rock Tumbler Kit for $52 ($13 off): The magic of time and friction turn almost any rock into a polished gemstone thanks to this gadget, which is sure to be a hit with kids who get to explore the natural world and then have something to show off from it.
